I'm painting lots of bare timber architraves and skirting in a new office block can I use Acrylic Primer Undercoat before the Gloss finish?

Joncryl Water Based Primer Undercoat can be used both as a primer and full undercoat. Any of the Johnstone's finishes can be applied over the product even solvent based gloss.
