Flame Retardant Intumescent Upgrade Base Coat

Johnstone's Trade Flame Retardant Intumescent Upgrade Base Coat is a fast-acting, medium-textured intermediate coat for use as part of the Johnstone's Intumescent Upgrade 4 Coat System. The system successfully upgrades a Class 4 'Blue Board' substrate to Class 0, protecting internal linings, broad wall and ceilings against the spread of flame. Supplied in 10-litre packs, this water-based white product provides coverage of 1.33 square metres per litre and can be recoated in 16 hours for a medium textured finish.
