Façade maintenance plays a fundamental role in ensuring the long‑term durability of structures.
We enhance the lifespan of façades with innovative solutions such as NANOMETRIC PAINTING SYSTEM (NPS), OUTSIDE UNLIMITED COLORS (OUC) or waterproofing solutions.
NPS is a unique anti-soiling system incorporated into our products. The fillers incorporated into the coating create a smoother film. This extremely smooth, tightly closed surface structure at the nanometric scale prevents dirt and contamination from adhering to the film, delivering an exceptional level of performance that is beyond the reach of conventional technologies.
OUC technology enables to reduce the absorption of solar radiation on dark shades. The technology available expands the range of façade colors, improves the durability of the paint film, limits façade overheating, and reduces the risk of cracking.
Protecting and preserving building surfaces
Waterproofing systems prevent the penetration of rainwater, particularly on vertical substrates with cracks up to 2 mm wide, thereby protecting the building and extending its service life. Also enriched with siloxane, offering excellent hydrophobic properties, enhancing the waterproofing performance of the coating and preventing dirt from adhering to the substrate.
The deep mineral matt appearance of siloxane gives façades an authentic, traditional aesthetic. The mineral pigments used for tinting ensure long‑lasting resistance to color fading over time.
We are committed to the preservation and protection of wood elements with a wide range of products for interior or exterior wood, for wall and floor, with a large choice of aesthetic: opaque or transparent.
By combining a careful selection of products with support in substrate identification, condition assessment, and appropriate surface preparation, as well as guidance on paint application and required conditions to achieve the desired result, and support in defining maintenance measures and materials within a tailored maintenance plan.
