Johnstone's Trade Quick Drying Metal Primer is a water-borne primer that is manufactured from high-quality pigments and special acrylic resin. It has excellent anti-corrosive and adhesion properties, which make it ideal for use on suitably prepared ferrous metals like steel, iron and prepared galvanised steel. It is best when used as part of a system with Johnstone's Trade's Water-Based Steel & Cladding Topcoat and has the added benefit of being low-odour as well as quick-drying; its white colour has an eggshell finish. It is touch dry in two hours and recoatable after four hours, offering coverage of 10-12 square metres per litre.
